Arthur L. Kephart, age 69, of Philipsburg passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2010 at his residence.
Born January 9, 1941 he was the son of the late Arthur and Annice Kephart.
He graduated from the former Osceola Mills High School and retired as a pipe fitter. He was also an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his companion, Darlene K. Zendek of Philipsburg; a son, Arthur L. Kephart of Highland, CA; two sisters, Annice M. Crocail and her husband George of Osceola Mills, Cindy Lou Kephart of Coal Run; a brother, Richard W. Kephart and his wife Sally of Sandy Ridge and two grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Lou Rebo Kephart; his second wife, Diane Taylor Raab Kephart; a son, Thomas Kephart, a step-son, Michael Raab; a brother Gerald Kephart and an infant sister, Elizabeth Kephart.
Services will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2010 at the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills with the Rev. Steven Miller officiating. Burial will be held in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-6 p.m.
