– Police reported an Act 64 violation at 4:23 p.m. Friday on state Route 255 approximately one-quarter mile north of Gontero Road in Jay Township, Elk County. A known 18-year-old Woodland male was stopped for a traffic violation. He was reportedly found to be in possession of controlled substances. The incident is under investigation.
– Police reported an incident of disorderly conduct that occurred at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Fox Township, Elk County. A 46-year-old Ridgway man reportedly urinated outside the entrance to the automotive section and then fled the scene. Charges of disorderly conduct were filed with the district court in St. Marys.
