- Police reported an incident of criminal trespass that occurred sometime between 7:15 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Nov. 13 on Blanchard Street in Osceola Mills, Clearfield County. A person(s) allegedly forced entry into a 24-year-old Osceola Mills man’s residence. Once inside, the person(s) allegedly locked the victim’s dog inside of an upstairs bedroom before fleeing the scene without removing any property.
- Police reported a driving under the influence collision at 12:01 a.m. Friday on Plank Road in Gulich Township, Clearfield County. A 21-year-old Fallentimber man was traveling south, when he reportedly fell asleep. His vehicle traveled off the western side of the roadway as a result. His vehicle then struck a tree with its right front end and overturned onto its driver’s side, coming to a rest and blocking the southbound lane. The man fled the scene and later returned at which time he was found under the influence of alcohol. He was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the Clearfield Hospital for a blood draw. Charges of DUI and related offenses are currently pending blood test results. Police were assisted at the scene by the Ramey Fire Department and the Houtzdale/Ramey Emergency Medical Services.
- Police reported an incident of burglary that occurred sometime between Oct. 1 and Nov. 13 on Lower Hollow Road in Boggs Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) allegedly forced entry into a 64-year-old man’s residence. Once inside, they allegedly located and removed four wooden kitchen chairs before fleeing the scene. The value of the stolen items is $25. The incident is still under investigation.
- Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 12:05 a.m. and 7 a.m. Nov. 14 on Terrace Street in Cooper Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) arrived in an unknown vehicle and spun ruts into a 65-year-old man’s yard. Damage is estimated at $25. The incident is still under investigation.
- Police reported an incident of theft that occurred sometime between Oct. 29 and Wednesday at a Decatur Street residence in Decatur Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) reportedly removed a copper pipe from the water and heating systems; electric motors; a circular saw; tin barrels; lawn mower; cast iron wood stove; scrap wire; and an old dishwasher from a Philipsburg man’s residence. The items are of an unknown value. The incident is under investigation.
- Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred Wednesday at a McCartney Road residence in Madera, Bigler Township, Clearfield County. An 18-year-old Clearfield male allegedly harassed a 17-year-old Madera female and was cited through the district court as a result.
- Police reported an incident of theft that occurred sometime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday on Company Road in West Decatur, Boggs Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) allegedly removed a 39-year-old West Decatur man’s gas can from his yard. A suspicious older, maroon-colored Chevrolet car was observed in the area.
