PHILIPSBURG – According to the state police in Philipsburg, a 15-year-old Philipsburg boy reported missing earlier this week was returned to his home.
Earlier this week police reported that 15-year-old Michael Sutton left his home on Nov. 6 at about 9 p.m. Police reported on Thursday evening that he was returned home without incident.
