Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred at 2:50 p.m. Sunday at the Philipsburg-Osceola football field area. A 16-year-old Philipsburg male allegedly took a 16-year-old Osceola Mills female’s sunglasses off her head. The victim then attempted to get her sunglasses and was allegedly punched in the face by the accused. Summary charges will be filed against the male through the district court.
