Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Police reported an incident of harassment at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot area of West Second Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 44-year-old Philipsburg man allegedly engaged in argument with a 42-year-old Philipsburg woman and a 41-year-old West Decatur woman. The incident is still under investigation at this time.
