CLEARFIELD – Repair work begins Oct. 4 on four bridges in Clearfield County that span Interstate 80.
Motorists may encounter shoulder closures and possible lane restrictions along I-80 eastbound and westbound. Restrictions may also be in place on the state routes that carry the bridges.
The first repair work zone will be for a bridge on SR 2035 (Maple Street), which spans I-80 in Cooper Township. The shoulder in the area of the bridges will be closed. Lane restrictions may be in place, depending on work activities. As weather and work schedules permit, other work zones will include: Bridge on SR 1009 (Deer Creek Road) in Graham Township. Bridge on SR 1015 (Fleegal Road) in Lawrence Township Bridge on SR 4015 (Sher de Lin Road in Sandy Township Work will include deck repairs, concrete repairs, guide rail, paving and miscellaneous construction.
All work is weather dependent.
