CLEARFIELD – On Oct. 4 Lock Haven Clearfield will kick off its speaker series with Melvin Roberts of MetLife.
Roberts offers free workshops to families who have children or adult dependents with special needs. The topics slated for discussion are government benefit eligibility, guardianship and financing security and funding options.
The workshop will begin at 6 p.m. and is slated to run until 7 in the Founder’s Building lounge.
The LHU Clearfield Speaker Series is an outreach program for the campus and community made by physicians, faculty, and other community members. More programs are expected through the fall.
The presentation is open to the public and there is no admission fee.
