- Police are investigating an incident of dissemination of pornography and harassment. A Clearfield woman has been receiving unwanted pornography to her phone. Officers have the sender’s number.
- Police investigated an accident at the Hyde light on Friday afternoon. A Reynoldsville resident turned to go on the bypass at the Hyde light and turned in front of a Curwensville resident. Both drivers were taken to the hospital by Clearfield Emergency Medical Services for treatment of minor injuries.
- Police are investigating an attempt at identity theft. An area man had his computer hacked.
- Police responded to a suspicious person on Flegal Road. The vehicle was gone upon officer arrival.
- Police assisted the Clearfield Borough Police Department with a warrant service.
- Police are investigating a case in which a person attempted to illegally obtain a narcotic prescription.
- Police received a set of car keys from an area woman who found them in a parking lot in Curwensville. Both have religious key fobs. The owner(s) may claim them by contacting the LTPD.
- Police responded to a retail theft complaint at the Wal-Mart Supercenter. Charges are pending against the female.
- Officers responded to Knepp Road for a report of an erratic driver. He was given a warning.
- Police located two people along US Route 322 who had active warrants.
- Police responded to a domestic on Dorey Street extension. The issue was over personal property and they were advised on how to proceed.
- Police arrested a Karthaus man for DUI. He was found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle in the middle of a road.
- Officers responded to a single-vehicle accident on High Level Road. No injuries were reported.
- Officers responded to Wal-Mart Supercenter for possible child endangerment.
- Police received a report of power lines that were struck by a dump truck. Officers contacted Penelec.
- Officers received a report of a hit-and-run that occurred at the Jumbo Buffet.
- Police received a report of a possible theft of lost or mislaid property.
- Police received a report of kids in the Hillsdale Park after dark. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone.
- Police responded to the R-Bar for a noise complaint. The establishment was informed of the complaint.
- Police responded to Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub for a theft of service. A person was refusing to pay their bill, but later decided to pay it.
- Police received a complaint of bad checks. Charges are pending.
- Police received a report of kids playing int he middle of a roadway and not moving for traffic. Officers spoke with the children and their parents.
- Police assisted a motorist who was locked out of their vehicle. Officers were assisted by the CBPD.
- Police responded to a burglar alarm at an area business and found two people inside. They were employees who reported to work early and accidentally set off the alarm.
- Police are investigating a white car passing a school bus letting off children. The incident occurred on River Road.
- Police received a report of harassment. A Clearfield woman was harassed over the internet. Officers have a person of interest.
