– Police reported an incident of retail theft at 8 a.m. Sunday at the B.T.O. on Front Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 64-year-old Philipsburg man entered the establishment and reportedly attempted to steal coffee and cigars. The accused was then stopped by a store employee and became irate. He was then reportedly started to throw items in the store. Charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct have been filed through the district court.
