CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough Council is considering a candidate to fill a vacant seat.
A seat on council became available when John Naddeo, representative for Second Ward, stepped down last month. At a committees meeting on Thursday, it was announced that council had one candidate to choose from, Dave Gallagher. The personnel committee approved recommending Gallagher to fill the spot at council’s next meeting next Thursday.
If Gallagher is voted in by members of council, he will be sworn in when he returns from vacation.
