Flushing, NY Couple Arrested for Drugs, Credit Card Fraud after I-80 Traffic Stop

BRADFORD TOWNSHIP – Two Flushing, NY residents were arrested for drug possession and credit card fraud following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 westbound at mile marker 126 on Friday morning in Bradford Township, the Clearfield State Police reported.

Yum Wing Heo, 30, of Flushing, NY was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Patrick N. Ford. His bail was set in the amount of $250,000. Heo has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Police indicated that a 17-year-old female, also of Flushing, NY, was arrested for the incident. However, she has since been released to Clearfield County Juvenile Probation.

According to the incident report, troopers obtained the consent to search the couple’s vehicle at the conclusion of a traffic stop on I-80. As a result of the search, several grams of Ketamine were recovered, in addition to numerous fraudulent driver’s licenses and credit cards, police said.
