A 71-year-old Luthersburg man told police that a 25-year-old DuBois man was repeatedly present near his residence. Summary harassment charges will be filed against the accused through the district court.
– Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at 10:44 p.m. Sunday along state Route 255, near the DuBois Mall entrance, in Sandy Township, Clearfield County. A 26-year-old DuBois man was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop.
– Police reported an incident of simple assault that occurred sometime between 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 16 on Station Road in Brady Township, Clearfield County. Two known adults and a juvenile alleged that a 71-year-old Luthersburg man discharged an air pistol toward them. The incident is still under investigation at this time. Any appropriate charges will be filed against the accused through the district court.
