State Representative Matt Gabler (R-Clearfield/Elk) recently visited Philipsburg Rod and Gun Club at their facility in Black Moshannon State Park. He supports the club’s effort to reinstate shooting at their 23-acre range, which has “unnecessarily” been shut down by the Rendell Administration through the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Pictured with Gabler (left to right) are club President Dave Laux, Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson (R-5), Dr. Bob Nuss, past president of the club and Paul Augustine, retired superintendent of Moshannon State Park.
