Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

– Police reported an incident of criminal mischief at approximately 5:15 p.m. Thursday in the Skateboard Park, off of Spruce Street, in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. For an unknown reason, a male teenager allegedly took a bicycle from a 15-year-old male and threw it onto the ground. The accused also allegedly threw the bicycle up against several obstacles, causing damage to the same. Troopers said they accused male’s name may be “Matt.” Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg State Police at 814-342-3370.
