Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

– Police reported an incident of theft and access device fraud that occurred over a span of time from Aug. 9 through Aug. 16 in Union Township, Centre County. A person(s) allegedly went into a township resident’s home and removed a credit card. They then allegedly charged numerous items on the credit card at local department stores.
