Charlaine Mae (Rowley) Moore, 71, of Janesville, passed away at 6:00 p.m.on Aug. 22, 2010 at Altoona Regional Health System Altoona Hospital Campus, Altoona.
She was born on May 29, 1939 in Boardman a daughter of the late Thomas D. and Claire Ruth (Woods) Rowley.
Charlaine was a member of the Janesville United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and also worked at the former Clearfield Hardware and Wholesale Packaging.
On Dec. 22, 1956 in New Millport, she married Edward E. Moore who preceded her in death on March 1, 2007.
Charlaine is survived by two daughters, Brenda Moore Graham and son-in-law Dave of Madera and Belinda Seger and her husband Michael of Williamsburg, VA. Charlaine was also legal guardian and raise her brother, Thomas Rowley and his wife Nadine of Ramey and her sister Bernice Jane Rowley and companion Walter Waite of Coalport.
Also surviving are two sisters, Jessie Lou Freeman and her husband Joe of Erhard, RD Madera and Rose Marie McGary of Coalport.
Charlaine is survived by 9 grandchildren, Carla Beers, Brandon Campbell, Thomas Rowley, Vanessa Rowley, Timothy Rowley, Michael Seger, Tori Beers, Robert Beers and Nicholas Beers.

A lifetime friend, Betty Smith of Clearfield also survives.
At Charlaine’s request there will be no public visitation.
A Memorial Service will be held on Aug. 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the Janesville United Methodist Church, Smithmill, PA. Pastor Dennis L. McCracken will be officiating.
