- A 20-year-old Kylertown man is accused of threatening to harm a minor.
- Between Aug. 20 and Aug. 21 someone forced entry into the concessions stand at the Curwensville Lake and Recreation Area. Once inside the person removed one box of Snickers ice cream bars, valued at $12. The person then fled the scene.
- Police are investigating a theft that occurred from a residence on Doc Welker Road. A white man, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds between 20-26 years-old with short blond hair, driving a red Ford truck arrived at the scene and stole 3 tons of scrap metal. In particular, police noted an iron trailer frame. The person then fled the scene when the owner arrived and confronted him. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
- Someone drove a vehicle through a corn field in Lumber City belonging to Gregory Hipps. Damage is estimated at $300.
