- Police are investigating an incident of bad check writing that occurred at Four North Centre Street. A known person attempted to pay for a sewage bill but did not have sufficient funds in the account to pay the bill.
- Police are investigating an incident of alleged indecent assault. The Pennsylvania State Police in Philipsburg were contacted by Centre County Children and Youth Services regarding a report they received alleging a possible sexual assault. It was alleged that a 5-year old girl may have been inappropriately touched by a person known to her sometime between July 25 and July 31.
