Police Report: Ridgway PSP

Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at 2:50 p.m. Friday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township, Elk County. A Wilcox man was reportedly observed on store property after he was served with an official notice not to do so. He was issued a non-traffic citation as a result.
