Just in time for school, the Sneaker Closet at Trinity United Methodist Church in Clearfield will open its doors on August 14, 21, and 28. Children through age 18 may receive sneakers, socks, a book and a stuffed animal. Children must come in person to be fitted, must bring their own ACCESS or Chip card, and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Volunteers from Trinity and RSVP are getting sneakers, socks and books ready. In the front row is Joan Coble, Sharon Brudon and Anna Davis.
