He was born November 5, 1946 in Clearfield and was the son of Elizabeth E. “Betty” (Eamigh) Baronak and the late Adam Baronak.
Mr. Baronak was a graduate of Clearfield Area High School Class of 1964.
He retired from Bayer Clothing and was also a notary public.
Mr. Baronak had been a drummer in various dance bands in the Clearfield area.
He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of Clearfield.
Mr. Baronak is survived by his mother, a sister Carol (Kupko) Ferranti of Clearfield, an uncle, Bill Eamigh and his wife, Sue, two aunts, Sylvia Bunzer and Viola Eamigh, and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Adam Baronak who died February 28, 2003, a brother-in-law Richard T. Ferranti, maternal grandparents, John L. and Elizabeth Eamigh, paternal grandparents, George and Mary Baronak, and ten aunts and uncles: Verna Ciprich, Margaret Kupko, Anna Kisko, Mary Snyder, John, Joseph, George, Michael and Thomas Baronak, and John L. Eamigh, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., Clearfield on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Dr. Robert L. Rupp officiating. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde, PA.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, August 1, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM until the hour of the services.
