- Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred on state Route 153 north of Penfield. Steve Bergreen, of Penfield, told police that someone broke the window of his vehicle.
- A theft occurred on the 14000 Block of state Route 28. Justin Morgan told police that someone took his vehicle key from his room.
- An incident of criminal mischief took place on Greenville Pike. George Kurten told police that someone damaged the windows at his home. The damage is estimated at $300.
- Someone damaged a mailbox belonging to Virginia Calhoun on Horizon Drive in Brockway.
