CLEARFIELD – A vehicle left the road way and struck a tree on South Second Street around 6 p.m. on July 15.
Only one person was involved with the incident, the driver, who suffered minor injuries. He was taken to the Clearfield Hospital, according to Clearfield Borough Police Officer Nathan Curry. The investigation into the exact cause of the accident is continuing.
The CBPD, Clearfield Fire Department and Clearfield Emergency Medical Services all arrived at the scene to provide assistance.
The vehicle was later towed from the scene.
