COALPORT – Three people were charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution and other related charges after police attempted to locate a person wanted on warrants. The person was allegedly staying at a Forrest Street residence in Coalport. Upon arrival at the residence, the wanted person fled on foot and was unable to be located.
Brenda L. Romagna, 38 of Cherry Tree, Paul W. Hockenberry, 31 of Coalport, and Brandy L. Hockenberry, 30 of Coalport, told police that they had not seen the person and he had not been at the Forrest Street house.
Paul and Brandy Hockenberry were arraigned before District Magistrate Michael Rudella and released on unsecured bail. Romagna was arraigned on the same charges with an additional drug paraphernalia charge and was placed in the Clearfield County Jail on $2500 straight bail.
