- Police reported an incident that occurred at the State Correctional Institution in Houtzdale in which a 28-year old inmate was found to be in possession of a homemade knife. The knife had been made from molded plastic. Corrections Officers seized the weapon and contacted the state police. Further charges are pending investigation.
