DUBOIS – DuBois City Council voted not to amend an ordinance at last night’s city council meeting.
The DuBois Planning Commission was asked to review the swimming pool fence ordinance, which requires a fence be installed around an in-ground pool even if the pool is equipped with a safety cover.
The planning commission recommended to council not to amend the ordinance with which council agreed and voted accordingly.
