Heritage Days Kicks Off Tonight With Vesper Services, Awards Ceremony

PHILIPSBURG – Heritage Days kicks off tonight in Philipsburg.

According to the Heritage Days Web site, a Vesper Service and Awards Ceremony will be held: 

“The Vesper Services opening Philipsburg Heritage Days 2010 will be held at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, located at Laurel and Third Streets in Philipsburg, Pa.

“The Vesper Service will be coordinated by the Philipsburg Ministerium and will begin at 7 p.m.  Music will be provided by the Valley Voices.

“Immediately following the Vesper Services, the Philipsburg Heritage Days Community Awards will be presented.

“Vesper Services and Awards Ceremony are sponsored by Dr. Diann Westrick. Click here for more information on the recipients.”
