The American Red Cross generously donated $1,000 to the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center students for their part in hosting three bloodmobiles during the 2009-2010 school year. Beth Sawyer, field representative for the American Red Cross blood services, presented Brad Zortman, an Electronics Technology graduate from Clearfield Area School District, a $200 scholarship. Brad plans to attend Penn College in the fall. He was one of three graduating seniors who had perfect attendance in 2009-2010.
