- Police reported an accident that occurred on Thursday at 3:40 p.m. on Interstate 99, south of US Route 220 in Taylor Township. A freightliner, a Ford F250, and a Ford F450 were all trveling north on I-99. The freightliner left the travel lanes onto the right shoulder and struck both other vehicles. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were towed from the scene. The freightliner received severe damage and was also towed from the scene. All operators involved in the crash were wearing seatbelts. The operators of the first and third vehicles received minor injuries and were treated on scene by Port Matilda Emergency Medical Services.
