- Police responded to a reported trespass. Police found that the persons had permission of the caller’s estranged husband to be on the property.
- Police were called to assist parents with an unruly child.
- Police investigated a minor accident that occurred at the intersection of Route 153 and the Glen Richey Highway. A pick-up truck belonging to a local man reportedly lost its brakes and left the roadway striking a fence. There were no injuries and the vehicle was driven from the scene.
- Police responded to a burning complaint. The matter was turned over to the code enforcement officers.
- Police assisted the Clearfield Borough Police in recovering propery for a hospitalized individual.
- Police are investigating the theft of a silver Mongoose bicycle. The bike was taken from the Clearfield High School on the morning of June 23. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the township police.
- Police handled an incident of harassment by communication. The incident stemmed from a child custody issue. Police spoke to the parties involved and they agreed to stop the harassing calls.
- Police are assisting an out of county Children Youth and Family Servics agency with an investigation in a reported incident of child endangerment. Police conducted interviews and gathered information for the lead agency. The investigation continues.
- Police responded to a call about a suspicious person on Coal Hill Road. The vehicle was located and pulled over. The driver had a suspended license and later received a ride from family members.
- Police apprehended two male juveniles for loitering around personal property. They were released to their parents.
- Police received a report of disorderly conduct/trespassing that is occurring on Hemlock Hollow Road. Police will provide extra patrol to the area.
- Police received a report of two thefts that occurred at Mountain Laurel nursing home. The investigation continues.
- Police received a report of access device fraud from a Plymptonville resident. An unknown person used a resident’s credit card at a local business. The investigation continues.
- Police received a report of theft by deception. A Woodland man is being charged with attempting to defraud Novey’s metal.
- Police assisted a motorist with directions and helped them get back onto state Route 153.
- Police were called to Palmer Street in Kerr-Addition for a property dispute.
- Police received a report of harassment by communications by a Hyde resident.
