– Police were called to the 100 block of South Third Street for an odor of paint or stain. A resident requested emergency medical services, as she experienced problems breathing due to the odor.
– Police received a complaint about a bad check.
– Police found an IPod in West Side. The owner may claim the IPod by contacting police at 814-765-7819.
– Police arrested a 37-year-old Clearfield male on a warrant for a protection from abuse order violation. Bryan Lynn Gillingham, 37, of Clearfield violated the order Monday when he had physical contact/assault with a 33-year-old Clearfield woman who was listed in the order. Gillingham was taken into custody on Wal-Mart Road in Bradford Township without incident. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland. Bail was set at $50,000.
– Police are investigating an assault that occurred at a West Market Street address. Two Clearfield males were reportedly involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation.
