Police Report: Ridgway PSP

Police reported an incident of retail theft at 5:32 p.m. June 3 at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Fox Township, Elk County. A known 29-year-old female removed $54.07 worth of merchandise from the store without paying. The incident is still under investigation.
