Gerald L. “Butch” Lippert, 71, of Clearfield, PA passed away on June 13, 2010 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Mr. Lippert was born on March 16, 1939 in Hyde, the son of Earl Lippert, Sr., and Ollie (Teats) Lippert.
He had attended the Clearfield Area Schools.
Mr. Lippert had been employed by Harry Heim Fiberglass and Fayette Manufacturing Corp. of Clearfield and Johnston’s Nursery of Penfield.
He is survived by three brothers: Earl Lippert, Jr., of Clearfield, Thomas Lippert and his wife Norma of Woodland and Vic Lippert of Curwensville and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Lippert was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers: Kenneth, James, Glenn, John, Donald, Charles and Robert Lippert, four sisters: Edith, Nancy, Mary and Helen and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., of Clearfield, on June 16 at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Hiram B. Westover officiating. Interment will be in Centre Cemetery.
Friends will be recieved at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of services.
