Police Report: Lawrence Township

– Police received a report about speeding vehicles on Log Cabin Road. Officers will be providing extra patrols in the area.

– Police received a report about a traffic violation that occurred on Krebs Highway.

– Police received a report about an underground wire that had been struck by the sewer company. Penelec was contacted as a result.

– Police received a report of harassment from a township resident. Officers contacted the accused and requested that they cease contact with the resident.

– Police received a report about a noise complaint on Joseph Road. A car alarm had been sounding for an extended period of time. The owner was able to halt the alarm prior to police arrival.

– Police received a report of criminal trespass/disorderly conduct that occurred on Palmer Street. Two males entered a residence without knocking. They left the residence prior to police arrival.

– Police received a report of an underage drinking party. The incident was referred to the Clearfield State Police.

– Police are currently investigating an incident of criminal trespass that occurred in the Kerr Addition area. A resident returned and discovered her home had been ramsacked. The incident is still under investigation.

– Police responded to an alarm at a local business along South Second Street. Officers determined the building was secure.

– Police took a man into custody who was wanted by the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant. He was transported to the Clearfield County Jail.

– Police received a report of a disabled vehicle on Mount Joy Road.

– Police responded to a report about a suspicious vehicle at McDonald’s on Old Town Road. At arrival, officers found two females who were sleeping. They were able to wake the two and ask them to leave.
