Major Dulce Fletcher, a corps officer of the Clearfield Salvation Army, displays examples of decorated tiles that individuals will learn to create during a two-hour session at the Clearfield Center for Active Living on June 14. The Center is offering a repeat class on tips in decorating household items in this popular painting style. Participants will decorate two pieces of tile, one a trivet and the other as a wall hanging, and they are welcome to bring their own glass or metal items to decorate during the class. A $10 fee for paint and materials is required and as group size is limited, early registration is suggested. To register, please call the Clearfield Center at 814-765-9319 or 1-800-225-8571.
