Mr. Jack L. Gardner, 72, of Madera. passed away at 11:45 p.m., May 19, 2010 at Clearfield Hospital, Clearfield, PA.
Born on Dec. 21, 1937 in Chesterfield, Bigler Twp. he was the son of the late John and Cecelia (Schaffer) Gardner.
He is survived by his wife, the former Goldie I. Mosley Hamm Gardner, of Madera, whom he wed on Feb. 2, 1973 in Winchester, VA
He retired as a Truckdriver from Samuel D. Brink Trucking, Inc., Houtzdale and Murarik Trucking, Madera, PA.
He was a social member of the Madera John Branic Post 8822 V.F.W. and past member of the Madera Moose LOOM 1172
He is survived by one son Robert Gardner and his wife, Tammy of Altoona, PA and one daughter, Jackie Perino of Florida, three step-daughters, Marya Reinbott of Houtzdale, Kathy Hamm of Brisbin, Barbara Bainey and her husband, Ron of Osceola Mills and three step-sons Joe Hamm, Lewis Hamm and his wife, Judy and Tim Hamm, all of Madera,
He is also survived by four grandchildren, Lyndsey, Ethan, Sandra, Brittney and seven step-grandchildren; three great-granchildren and five step-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jean Reams of Philipsburg, Diane Hamm of Philipsburg, Doris Hudak and her husband, Allen of Ramey, Lois Fry and her husband, Paul of Port Matilda and one brother, Donald Gardner of Philipsburg, as well as numerous neices and nephews
Mr. Gardner is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Paul, one sister, Sarah Prisk and one step-granddaughter, Melinda Hamm.
Friends will be received at the Kruise Funeral Homes, Inc., Madera, PA on May 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 and on May 23 from 1 -2:30 p.m.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on May 23 at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Robert Ford officiating.
Interment will follow in the Beulah Cemetery , Ramey, PA.
