Evelyn W. Milligan, 97 of Curwensville died on May 9, 2010 at the Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 22, 1912 in Blossburg, a daughter of the late Thomas and Mae (Davis) Williams.
Mrs. Milligan was a homemaker and a member of the Curwensville Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a daughter:
Mary Catherine King Portland, OR
and a granddaughter:
Sarah Devyani King San Francisco, CA
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin W. Milligan on Aug. 21, 2001 and whom she married February 15, 1941 in Towson, MD, a son Thomas W. Milligan, and two brothers Edward and Francis Williams, and a sister Catherine Williams Smathers.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville on Monday at 11 a.m. with Gary Jewart officiating. Interment will follow in Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 10 AM until the hour of services.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Curwensville Presbyterian Church, 430 Locust Street, Curwensville.
