– Police reported an incident of indirect criminal contempt at 10:28 p.m. Thursday in Curwensville Borough, Clearfield County. A known male allegedly called and left a message on a known woman’s phone. The victim currently has a protection from abuse order against the accused. Troopers indicated that by contact the woman, the accused violated the order. He was placed under arrest and arraigned. He remains in the Clearfield County Jail with bail set at $10,000.
– Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at approximately 12:30 a.m. Sunday in Beccaria Township, Clearfield County. A 23-year-old Irvona man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. During the stop, troopers found him under the influence of alcohol.
– Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred between 6:30 – 7 p.m. Saturday in Bradford Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) smashed the rear window on a 39-year-old Kylertown man’s van while it was parked at the baseball field behind the Bigler YMCA. – Police reported an incident of theft at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in Woodward Township, Clearfield County. Two known Chambersburg male juveniles were observed stealing ratchet straps from a 43-yearold Houtzdale woman’s trailer, while it was parked along Hale Road. Troopers said the victim refused to prosecute the known juveniles in the matter. They said the case was handled within the department’s established procedures for juvenile offenders.
