Olive Mae Gilliland died Sunday at her home.
Born in Mineral Springs on Aug. 15, 1920, she was the daughter of Irvin R. Stewart and Fama Zoe (Stevens) Stewart.
Mrs. Gilliland enjoyed her role as grandmother to Brett Owens, Brian Owens and Stephen Shugarts. She felt herself blessed to have five great-grandchildren and two great-great granddaughters.
She will be missed by many dear friends and family whose lives she enriched over many years. She loved life and enjoyed her church, bridge and social clubs, travel, music and theater.
She was the widow of William S. Gilliland and the beloved mother of Brenda Foor Gumula and Deanna Foor Owens.
In addition to her daughters, Mrs. Gilliland is survived by three siblings, Irvin R. Stewart Jr., Jimmie Lee Stewart and Isabel Peavy.
Mrs. Gilliland was preceded in death by one brother, George W. Stewart and her granddaughter, Wendy Shugarts-Abbate.
Friends will be received from 2 -4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. in Clearfield.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the West Side United Methodist Church.

Health and Hospice, P.O. Box 992, Clearfield, or to the West Side United Methodist Church, 317 Nichols St., Clearfield.
