BRADFORD TOWNSHIP – A 61-year-old Bedford, OH man will face drug charges following a traffic stop during which 15 pounds of marijuana was seized from his vehicle on Tuesday night along Interstate 80 in Bradford Township, the Clearfield State Police reported.
Glenn Roxroy Waul, 61 of Bedford, Oh, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the report, Waul was stopped for a traffic violation along I-80 westbound. Troopers said they requested and obtained the consent to search at the conclusion of the stop.
As a result, troopers reported 15 pounds of marijuana was discovered in the mini van. They said it was wrapped as a “baby’s birthday present.”
Troopers said Waul was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella, of Kylertown. They said his bail was set in the amount of $50,000 monetary.
Waul’s preliminary hearing has been set for May 5 at Centralized Court at the Clearfield County Jail.
