CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr. announced Clearfield County’s fugitive of the week for the week of April 19, 2010.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Iris Suzette Mack, age 30, of DuBois Street, DuBois.

Shaw stated that Mack is wanted for failure to appear at Arraignment Court on May 27, 2009.

On April 4, 2009, Trooper William Mostyn, of the Pennsylvania State Police, Woodland Barracks filed a criminal complaint charging Mack with theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy.

An affidavit of probable cause filed by Mostyn states that Mack and others entered the Kohute Laundry, located in Houtdale, and forced open coin operated dryers. Mack was charged for stealing money from the machines and for damaging the machines.

Shaw reported that Mack failed to appear for her arraignment on the charges and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

Mack is described as follows:

Race: African-American

Sex: Female

Height: 5 feet, 11 inches

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Brown
