Fish Stories … Send Us Yours

For those that fish, it’s all about the experience. Anyone who’s ever told or heard a fish story knows it’s all about the details; what was the weather like, what kind of cover was the fish in, what bait were you using, your tackle.

With trout season opening today, GantDaily wants to help you share your 2010 angling experience with others. Send us a picture of your catch, your name and hometown, and we’ll publish it. Other details are always welcome as well, such as bait, location, that sort of thing.

And remember, that while trout season is often-times one of the most regarded fishing seasons in PA, other game fish are prevelant as well. If you went steelhead fishing earlier in the year and have a photo of your catch, we would be more than pleased to publish it for you. If you catch a bass or muskie later this year, same deal.

You can send your photos to news@gantnews.com.

Good luck fishing, and stay safe.
