CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Victim-Witness office, along with the District Attorney’s office, will be celebrating National Crime Victims’ Rights Week beginning April 18 through April 23. As part of the celebration, a “peace” tree is being planted at the Lawrence Township Recreation Park to honor and remember all victims of crime in Clearfield County. The Victim/Witness office thanked Tim and Nicki Morgan of Andy Johnston Nursery for donating the flowering pear tree.
