Fugitive of the Week: Mark Lamarr Crawley, II

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of April 12, 2010.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Mark Lamarr Crawley, II, 27 of South Main Street, DuBois.

Shaw stated that Crawley is wanted for failure to appear at criminal call on July 17, 2008.

On Dec. 23, 2007, Officer Eric Rupp, of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a criminal complaint charging Crawley with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; possession of controlled substances; simple assault and criminal mischief.

An affidavit of probable cause filed by Rupp states that at approximately 10:45 a.m. on

Dec. 23, 2007, officers from the STPD were dispatched to a residence on South Main Street in DuBois City for a reported domestic disturbance. At arrival, officers observed Crawley and located three individually wrapped baggies of marijuana. A female occupant was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment.

A preliminary hearing was held on Dec. 28, 2007, at which time Crawley waived the charges to court. On July 17, 2008, Crawley failed to appear for criminal call, and a warrant was issued for Crawley’s arrest.

Crawley is described as a black male who is 5-feet, 11-inches tall. He has brown eyes and hair.
