PSP Philipsburg

Police reported an accident that occurred on East Presquisle Street in Philipsburg Borough.  The driver was traveling east on state Route 504, Presquisle Street, and went off the road and onto a water inlet.  The driver side front tire broke the water inlet.  The driver then backed up and drove away from the scene leaving no physical evidence other than tire marks leading up to the initial impact.
