CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Borough Police Department reported the investigation continues into a two-vehicle accident that occurred downtown on Saturday.
According to the report, the two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersections of East Market Street and Second Street. Police said a coal truck collided with a Chevrolet truck.
Police said two St. Mary’s residents were transported to the Clearfield Hospital for treatment of injuries. They didn’t indicate the severity of those injuries, however.
Police were assisted at the scene by the Clearfield Fire Department, Clearfield Emergency Medical Services and the Lawrence Township Police Department.
