Police Report: Ridgway PSP

Police reported an Act 64 drug violation at 7 p.m. Monday in Jay Township, Elk County. Troopers were dispatched to Old Brynedale Road to assist medical personnel with an unconscious female. While at the scene, a known 31-year-old Weedville man was found in possession of a suspected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Charges will be filed with the district court, pending test results from the Pennsylvania State Police lab.
