- Police reported an incident of retail theft that occurred at the Wal-Mart in St. Mary’s. A 58-year old woman took several items from the store without paying for them. Police are continuing to investigate the incident with charges pending against the woman.
- Police are advising drivers that a sobriety check will take place within Elk County during the month of April. This sobriety check will be on roadways within ElkCounty that have high incidences of alcohol related crashes.
