CLEARFIELD – Central Pennsylvania Community Action is holding a raffle to benefit The Prom Closet. Tickets are $2.00 each for a chance to win a lottery tree with $150 worth of instant lottery tickets. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn on March 31, 2010.
